NEW YEAR'S EVE
It is time to close the circle.
New Year's Eve is the time to embark on new paths, new illusions and put aside the bad times. At Skyfall Cocktail Club we want to start the year shining and in the best possible way. That's why we propose a different plan in a special and unique place. The only cocktail club at 105 metres high and with 360º views over the city of Barcelona.
DINNER
We propose a tasting menu designed to enjoy in style. 180€ (+ booking fee) including dinner (drinks not included) and the party.
- 20:00 Reception. The evening begins in the best possible way, with a toast to our health.
- 21:00 Dinner. Time to share with your friends and family and taste the menu we have planned for you (all included, except drinks).
- 23:00 Afternoon. Christmas sweets and cocktail service to end the dinner.
- 23:45 Lucky grapes. The most awaited moment. Eating grapes is important to start the year in the best possible way.
- 00:00 HAPPY NEW YEAR. What surprises will 2024 bring?
- 00:05 New Year's Masquerade Party. Till from Sunrise. Includes ticket and fancy mask.
THE MENU
We propose a tasting menu with all these dishes:
- Oysters with lemon sauce and mango spherification
- Tuna sashimi with watermelon aguachile
- Red prawn, lime and ikura tartar savoury cone
- Millefeuille of goat's cheese, acorn-fed Iberian ham and quince jelly
- Smoked eel toast, yellow semi-dried tomato and lemon osmosed shallot
- Wild asparagus, romesco and thai tahini foam
- Old beef steak tartar with egg yolk in three states

- Low temperature hake mosaic, parsley sauce, nori seaweed and caramelised celeriac purée
- Duck magret glazed in honey and mustard, crispy apple mille-feuille, bimi and duck demi-lace sauce
