Our most unique experience. A delicacy that is not for everyone. Only Scotch Whisky and Macallan lovers will be able to appreciate this menu.
We propose a different kind of night, marked by the flavours that best fit into the Macallan universe, with dishes designed by and for the enjoyment of Whisky.
The menu is available any day of the week (Fridays and Saturdays only at 20:00hs). With a 48hs advance notice.
WINE PAIRING MENU
At SKYFALL COCKTAIL CLUB we also know about wine and above all we know how to combine it with our menu. Get ready to enjoy a tasting menu with wine pairing, a unique experience under the starlight and in a glass dome 105 metres high, with exceptional views.
Taste 6 dishes prepared to pair to perfection with 6 different wines, which will undoubtedly make you have a great evening.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
We present a different activity, designed for groups, where our expert bartenders will give you the basics to learn how to create cocktails in the best possible way. Our bartenders will explain the origin of the cocktails, the best way to make them and will give you the chance to try your creation of three cocktails from our menu.
